I have yet to test this on the client-side if it downloads; but this defeats the purpose of linking collections. Sorry, something went wrong. Still a major problem for a Lot of Garry's Mod players. I've got mods I've had for years and want a change, but unable to install a lot of new ones. I have a fix for it, but I not sure if I should commit it for this update, it can fuck up things. After next update goes live, I will commit it so you can test it properly. Before a few updates ago, it used to work on on this same computer, with the same Internet connection. If Internet Explorer can't connect to the internet for whatever reason, then Garry's Mod won't download anything. Verify the integrity of the game files. Then verify your cache again.
As a last resort, uninstall Garry's Mod completely and delete the garrysmod folder which you'll have to do by hand, because there will be leftover files , then reinstall.
